You never kn...I also keep little scraps from paper. You never know when a piece is big enough to mat something, use for a corner or highlight piece. I had so much collected over time that I decided to use a plastic square milk crate thing and put file folders in and organize by color. Now when I am looking for red etc I can grab a scrap and if anything left from it I can return back to folder.
