Hi Everyone!
I hope you had a wonderful Memorial Day
I recently bought some to watercolors and waterbrushes and wanted to play.
I couldn't decide what to make so I cut some ATCs from watercolor paper and began to play :)
I used Royal& Langnickel watercolor paper. It was only $1.00 for 15 5x7 sheets. I'm glad that's all it cost because it's not good watercolor paper!
Since this week's Papercrafter's Corner challenge has a Patriotic theme using this as inspiration:
I began with the patriotic colors for one of the backgrounds and went off from there. I even pulled out a stamp set that I don't even think has seen any ink!
The first one has a partial quote by Robert G. Ingersoll "They died for liberty-they died for us."
They next three were just for fun. I think the simplicity is my favorite. The Unity stamps I used are Quiet Essence and Gratitude=Joy.
I hope you stop by PCC...they have a couple awesome giveaways going on as well as the challenge.
And, it's the weekend so you KNOW Unity has a sale!
HAVE A GREAT WEEK!
These are really beautiful, I love what you have done here!

I had to laugh at the cost of the watercolor paper comment. I like the simplicity and gratitude=joy cards the best, with their bright backgrounds.
ReplyDeleteThese are GREAT! I like that day dream one the best.
